Nikita

Nikita is a 9-10 year beagle mix. I got her in 9/2017. She was thought to be 2-3 years old and had just had a litter. Unfortunately, our financial circumstances have changed and we can't keep him. She is the sweetest, love rubs, cuddles and attention. She will bark and bark till you give her attention when you walk into the house. She will howl with you if you ask her to talk. She will bark to get your attention to go outside. She is curious and likes to explore on walks. She likes to eat her little brother food when he walks away. She is about 16 pounds. Short legs and a big belly. Looks like a cow dog. She gets along with everyone. When she does not want to come in, she stops and lays on her back. Well, she does that a lot because she loves belly rubs. I usually give her dry small bites food and add some wet food. She likes treats. For the most part, she is good just chilling. She prefers her small bed over her big one. I think she feels more secure. She has her comforter that she will make just perfect to sleep in. She does not like thunder or rain. She will shake. I usually will cuddle her in a blanket, or she sleeps on a pillow under my desk like a fort. She is funny. Also, she loves to sit outside and soak up the sun.
