Nibs

Today’s #ThoughtfulThursday goes out to Nibs, our last remaining Lost Boy! Nibs is looking for a long-term foster home or even a potential foster to adopt with the right applicant! Sweet Nibs has made great strides in learning how to be a normal dog again, but still has a ways to go since he has lived his entire life inside the 4 walls of a kennel! He has been working on basic commands such as sit, stay, come,down, ok, and place. Even though not all have quite been mastered yet, he is very eager and willing to learn! Nibs has EXCELLENT leash skills, but struggles more with crate training/house training, and what it means to be an indoor dog. He is a good boy who needs someone who can continue his journey to becoming the best boy EVER! Nibs also needs someone with lots of love to give him and patience while he is still learning boundaries of what is allowed vs. what is not. ?LIKES INCLUDE: Sunbathing, running the backyard, drinking LOTS of water, drinking more water, flipping the water bowl, ice cubes, chewing on toys, literally grabbing every toy out of the basket one at a time and throwing them in the yard, dumping out the toy basket, going for walks, going to Lowe’s lol, going anywhere really, CAR RIDES!!!, pup cups, more pup cups, and last but not least…. PEANUT BUTTER!!!! ?DISLIKES INCLUDE: Regular dog treats, patio cushions (or maybe he actually enjoys them?…don’t ask ?) coming back inside when it’s time to go inside, did I mention coming back inside when it TIME TO GO INSIDE? ? Oh and baths at Feeders Supply… yeah wouldn’t recommend that one. ?Fostering is FREE! All food, supplies, and vetting are provided by Lexington Pit Crew! Nibs is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and current on monthly prevention!
