What a cutie with his gleaming eyes and beaming smile! Neil is so well behaved you have to wonder why he found himself without a home! Neil knows the commands "sit" and "shake", and appears that he would be good with cats, other dogs, and people of all ages! Although it is unknown as to whether he is housebroken, with all his other good qualities it would be assumed that he is. Neil entered the shelter 1/12/08.
