Neeko is a beautiful purebred Coton de Tulear. Neeko is about four months old and has lived all his short life in a wire cage until now. He is just learning all about life outside a Puppymill. He is a little shy and will need someone to help him overcome this. He might do better with a fur brother or sister. He is a sweet, playfull little pup that just needs to build up his trust in people. He is being fostered near Cleveland,Ohio which is where you will have to travel to adopt him.
