Neba is a lovely white dog who is 3 years old. She has seen it all but is not ready to give up on humans. She was in an unsafe situation and needing rescuing. She is content now and she seems grateful for all the help. She's got a shy moment or two, but that's reasonable for this friendly girl. All she wants now is to find a safe, loving home where she can live her best life and help you live your best life too.
