Meet Neal! This adorable 9 month old pup who has the most vibrant personality.
He adores his doggy foster sibling and always takes her lead. Hes super responsive when she sets a boundary with play, but he also knows how to give her and his fosters the best snuggles. Neal loves to cozy up on your lap on the couch, or on your feet while youre doing the dishes. Hes great at knowing when its time for play and when its time for rest.
Hes getting comfortable with short walks wearing his harness, and hes done really well meeting new people, including children! Preference goes to homes with another playful pup.
