Be sure to take some time and get to know him because he is definitely worth it. This three year old terrier mix is a very sweet dog who tends to get overlooked because he is a black dog. Sadly, black dogs often get overlooked. Nash enjoys the pools, walks, cars rides for burger, and any attention from people. The vet called us to say what a good boy he was during his exam. He does need a little work on leash training and barrier (fence) reactivity, but we are working on it, and he is a fast learner. Our trainer has high hope he will decompress from the shelter stress when he goes into a home. Nash came to the shelter very laid back. Sadly with weeks of being in the shelter, he is tired of being kenneled all the time and truly needs a foster or adopter to give him some good old fashioned TLC. The trainer plans on continuing to work with Nash as he adjusts to his new family. Nash is 58 pounds, vaccinated and ready for adoption.
