I am a 3.5 year old Boston/Frenchie MIX and weigh 17 pounds. I need a new home because I kept fighting with the male dog in the house. I am being fostered in Denver, CO. I require a home with no other pets. I have only one eye. I love love love my humans of all ages. I am kind, well mannered and loving. I enjoy the outdoors, walks and sunbathing. I will want to sleep in bed with my humans as i am not fond of the crate for bed time. Medical: I arrived with an outbreak of allergies that were not treated correctly. I have been treated for a double ear infection. On medication for a skin infection and a diet change. My skin is red in some pics but it is getting better now that I have seen the vet. All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption. MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing. MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.
