Applications are not required prior to viewing our animals but must be completed prior to moving forward with an adoption. All of our adoption fees are currently waived! Animals adopted out are vaccinated for rabies and other common diseases, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received heartworm and flea prevention while at the shelter. Dogs are tested for heartworm disease and cats for feline leukemia and FIV. All Sumter County residents will receive a free County tag for their new pet! Check our website for hours.
