Sweet Nala is just a baby who was picked up injured by animal control. The shelter was not able to give her the medical care she required, so she was placed on the urgent list and a plea was sent out for rescue.
We went to meet this adorable girl, and she was happy and playful like any pup! You would never know that she is in pain (and she must be!) because she just runs and plays as much as she can. We couldn't allow her life to be cut short just because of a broken bone!
So here she is, and we now have her in a great foster home while we wait for her evaluation with an orthopedic specialist.
