Saved in Memory of Aunt Francie!'Nadia was born about May 8, 2016 and weighs about 50 lbs. Nadia was adopted by a wonderful previous adopter several years ago and, sadly, had to come back to us because her human entered hospice care. She did live with another male dog just a bit bigger than she is and they are surely close but we feel she will be fine as an only dog as long as her humans are around much of the time. Nadia is good on car rides and is house trained. She is not a big barker which we love and that probably comes from her Husky heritage. Nadia was extremely loved and has had excellent veterinary care which we will pass along to her next home. Nadia is very loving and longs to be nearby her human but there is probably a bit too much Husky in there to have her off leash. She uses the dog door with ease and is a very intelligent girl. We love her, we loved her last owner, and we feel terrible for all and are doing the best we can for them. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00. Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list.
