Murphy

Murphy is a 2.5 year old blonde Border Collie cross. He is very friendly and playful and gets along great with other dogs. He walks well on a leash, and has been around children ranging in age from 5-16 and he does well. He loves to play with toys and loves rawhide chewies. His previous owner says he'd do better in a home with another dog to romp and play with to keep him from becoming bored. NOTES FROM DOG WALKER: When walking off leash with other dogs Murphy stays with the pack and comes back to the dog walker frequently to "check in". Murphy loves to run through the long grass, play with the other dogs and dip his nose in the water. Murphy is gentle, calm and loyal. Murphy has beautiful colouring and he looks stunning against the long green grass as he runs through the fields. Murphy will require frequent brushing to keep his handsome coat just perfect. Murphy recently got the opportunity to spend a few days at the lake with a volunteer. He was good with a kitten who also got to spend time there with them and was well behaved at the campsite, in the trailer and vehicle. And he LOVES to go swimming! Murphy is already neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, so is ready to go to his new home right away. Won't you consider this handsome fella?
