Munchkin

Hi! My name is MUNCHKIN! I am a petite ball of sweetness and curiosity who loves sleeping and playing with my best friend, Speckles. I am about two years old, and appear to be a Dachshund mix. A few months ago, Speckles and I were living on the streets and eating out of the garbage (I tried to eat a chicken bone- whoops!) when a nice couple took us in and gave us yummy food and water. They brought us to the vet for "the works!" I was a very good girl! I am a great older sister to my puppy buddy, Speckles, who I groom and chase around and play tug-of-war with. My favorite thing is going on my nightly walks - I will jump up and down on my back feet at the door until I am allowed out. I also adore all my toys and dutifully carry my favorites into whichever room I am currently in, where I will show you my belly and cuddle up on your lap. I am very gentle and would probably do well with older children and other animals. My biggest wish is to be adopted with my sister, or to at least have another K9 kid in my new home!
