Application, call to veterinarian to see how you have taken care of past or present pets and must have 5 years of past/present medical history of your past/present dog.(NO EXCEPTIONS)
We do a home check to see where the dog will be living.
We only do adoption of our dogs in Palm Beach County.( No Exceptions)
