Mufasa was surrender to the shelter by her "family" due to an incident with chickens. Sadly such incidents result in the dog being immediately listed for euthanasia, despite the fact that some breeds including labs are naturally "bird dogs." When we heard about Mufasa we couldn't let her die. Mufasa is now safe with us looking for a foster or better yet forever home. Mufasa is a one year old 60 pound yellow lab that loves all people, dogs, toys and balls. Mufasa is looking for a real family this time around that is committed to training and socialization to help her grow into the best dog possible.
