Mr. Tibbs is a fantastic catch! Those who don't know the joys of adopting a senior dog, should meet Tibbs. He is a great companion and is totally the ideal dog for apartment living. He currently resides in Downtown Vancouver, and is a huge fan of strolling along the Seawall. He is quite happy to snooze the day away while you are busy at work. He also doesn't mind when you spoil him with treats and lots of love. He likes to play with his toys, especially stuffies. He likes car rides, walks, just about everything is fine by him. Tibbs is great with other dogs, cats and kids. He doesn't care if he finds a busy home or a quiet one, as long as he is adored!
Tibbs is 9 or so years old, and a bit deaf. Some of the good aspects of having a hard of hearing dog is that they don't hear all of those noises that make other dogs all excited for no reason. Most dogs turn frantic when they hear the jingle of keys, Tibbs will just keep on snoozing. Most dogs think that the sound of food opening means that they are being fed, Tibbs will not know that he should be begging! Tibbs does know hand signals though, so those all important tricks are not a problem for this smart lad.
