Mr. Mac

ADOPTED! Oct. 2009. Mr. Mac came to us when his elderly owner had to move into assisted living and regretfully could not take her faithful friend with her to her new residence. Mac is about 4 years old (estimated birthdate 6/05) and around 20-25 pounds. Obviously this little man has known lots of love, but not a whole lot of socialization or exposure to the big, wide world. He lived a very sedentary life up until now, and feels out of his element at this big, noisy shelter.

He's warming up to us a little more each day, and is proving to be a very calm, sweet boy. But he's anxious to find a new home of his own to dedicate his attention to a new owner or family.

• All of our animals are spayed/neutered and current on shots.
• You must complete an application at the shelter prior to meeting any of our animals. (Sorry--our application is not available on-line or via email.)
• We do not do same-day adoptions; we ask that you return for a follow-up visit before taking an animal home.
• We require a fenced yard (sorry--no invisible fences) for homes with children under age 13.
• We do request vet and personal references.
• At this time, we are only able to consider applicants within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
