ADOPTABLE MOOSE Located in TX- transport for Montana foster or adopter available Hello, Im Moose! And yep, that smiley face is my standard face! I was left to die at a kill shelter by my family, but somehow that didn't impact my zest for life and I am the happiest boy you will ever meet! If you're looking for someone who's always the life of the party, that's me! I'm about a year and a half old, around 60 ish lbs and I loooove humans and other pups alike! I currently live with a foster sister and two resident pups. One of the resident pups is an older guy, super boring, he wants to eat and sleep and the other, I've been told, is dog aggressive, not sure what that means, he seems to like me. I think he said I'm like a pesky little brother, he pretends he doesn't want to play and then he gives in. I am a super active dude, I love long walks, chasing and being chased, playing with tennis balls, chewing on bones and working on kongs, chasing the water hose, and to play all day. I know sit, down, rollover, paw and I'm learning new things like wait and leave it. Foster mom introduced me to a gentle leader, I thought she was kidding the first time she put it on so I took it right back off but seems like we always head for walks with it so now I'll sit for it. I started on the treadmill 3 days ago and as of today, I'm officially a pro. I'm super treat motivated, I'm crate and house trained and here lately I've been to a brewery, a couple of petstores, the coffee shop and an ice cream shop, the vet and I had a blast. Foster mom said I was a hit everywhere. I'll carry my sharkie or crab on the walk if you let me or I may just pick up a pinecone. Foster mom says I'm hilarious and a 24/7 busy body but she can't be mad because of my funny, wrinkly face. I'm definitely not a couch potato so if you are someone active who is looking for a wingman that keeps you laughing and have a fur sibling or two for me to play with (foster mom says, preferably an active one, older grumpy ones may not like me, whatever that means), I would love to meet you!
