Short bio: Monroe was dumped around the corner from our facility during our open hours. We noticed a dog frantically running from the other side of the rodeo and ran after her. She was so scared it took 30 minutes to catch her. She ended up being one of the sweetest dogs we’ve ever had. She’s good with every dog we’ve tried her with and she likes kids. She’s submissive and just wants to be loved on. She’s very ready to get out of here and into a forever home!
