Mojito--ADOPTED!!

Mojito, now named Deisel, was one of 9 puppies that came into the Maple Ridge SPCA with their mom Martini. They were fostered together until 8 weeks of age when they started to get split up into different foster homes in order to learn all about the big world, and get them started off on the right foot. Mojito was one of the most easy-going pups in the litter yet we watched his siblings getting scooped up while he chilled out and had fun with his fantastic foster folks Natasha and Dan. Their two dogs taught him all about good manners and creature comforts. Sporting some lovely manners, we were thrilled when a great application came in for him. Here is a "first night" update from his new parents Nikita and Eric:

"Just wanted to give you an update on how our first night went with MoJo aka Diesel. He was awesome, he passed out on the car ride home, and when we got home he woke right up and wanted to play with all the pets in the house and eat a whole bunch. He started to tire out pretty quickly though and wanted some cuddles and then off to his crate for bed time. He was a very good boy in there he didn't make a peep at all during the night and didn't have any accidents. Today I am working so Eric is taking him to the pet store to get some chew toys (he took Penny's toys when we got home and she wasn't very impressed LOL), and he is also going to go visit Eric's Mom's dogs Titus and Keisha for some play time!"

Mojito (male) aka Little Mojo is laid back and super cuddly! His foster family says that he a stellar little guy. He is currently living with two other dogs and would love to have a dog sister to play with! Suprisingly this lovely pup is the last one left in his litter looking for a home.

Puppies are oh-so-cute but they take a lot of work, time and patience! Please do your research before applying. They need a home where someone is home more often than not, they pee, they poo, they chew and wake you up in the middle of the night. Early socialization is a must to make sure they got off on the right foot and it is mandatory that these guys attend puppy and basic obedience classes to ensure a well-behaved and happy family member!

Mojito will be neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, tattooed and microchipped before adoption. His adoption fee will be $250.00.
