Miley

Miley is an 8-month old yellow Lab who weighs about 55 lbs. She loves to be around people but is also comfortable just doing her own thing. She’ll do best in a home with children over 10 just because of her unbridled enthusiasm. She also needs more basic obedience work, including leash manners. She loves to play with the other dogs at her foster family’s home, and doesn’t engage much with the resident kitties. Miley loves to go on walks and play with her toys. She’s a big fan of squeaky toys and Nylabones, and is very food motivated. She knows to sit in her crate for meal times and to sit for her treats. She knows the word “Gentle” means to take her treats gently. Miley is a very talkative pup and will let you know if she needs to go out to potty or wants to play. She is full of energy and is always ready to play, run, and keep you entertained. At night time, Miley prefers to cuddle up with one of her foster brothers on their beds. She loves to be around everyone, so if she knows someone’s home, she always wants to be with them. She’d do best having another dog in the house to play with her and keep her company. She is currently being fostered in the southwest suburbs of Chicago IL.
