Meet Mikey! Mikey came in as a stray so we're still getting to know him, but believe he is around 10 months old. He can be a bit of a nervous guy but is very sweet, and know that once in a home and shown consistent love he will likely thrive and show off his true personality. Mikey has been introduced to some of the other dogs at the shelter while on leash, and though he seemed unsure at first, the other dog's playful personality quickly won him over and he wanted to bounce around and play with them. If you want to offer Mikey a foster or forever home where he can learn to be his best self, come meet him today! Mikey is current on shots, licensed, and microchipped. All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested, and all dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption. All our dogs receive a behavior assessment before being placed for adoption to determine initial behaviors towards people and other dogs in the shelter environment.
