UPDATE OCT 18: All of us here at PALS had quite a scare with Mia over the last month - her right eye began to appear irritated/infected, and upon examination, the dogtor raised the possibility of cancer. Everyone put their paws together during Mia's surgery, and we were all thrilled with the happy news that her eye had perforated in back. Mia did have to have her eye removed but she is back to her normal, happy self and having one eye is absolutely no pawblem for her. We did mark her special needs to indicate her special circumstance, but she gets along just as well as any 2-eyed doggie. :) Please call about adopting this exceptionally sweet and happy little 6-year young girl!

Hi, I'm Mia! And I'm ready to rock and roll! I've been having a blast here learning about all the fun things in life - treats, sleeping on the couch, cuddles whenever I want them, and lots and lots of toys!! Cuz before I was busy doing other stuff, like making babies. It was OK, and I had other dog-buddies there and stuff, but wow, I had no idea that other kids like me had famblies all their own. I've got some lost time to make up and I'm ready to start NOW!
The PALS people are taking me to the dogtor to be sure I don't hafta make babies any more and check out my toofers and all that good stuff. I just turned 6 in May and I'm about 6-7 pounds, and my pretty red hairs are very soft, perfect for cuddling! Please give the PALS people a call or e-mail about me .
Mia's adoption donation is $200, which includes her spay, dental, deworming, shots, and microchipping. Please call or e-mail the PALS contact information located below to find out more about making this sweetheart a part of your family!
