Mercury-Adopted

Mercury is a designer pup. He is a cross between a Lab and a poodle thus the term Labradoodle. These dogs also wind up in need of rescue when turned into a shelter. Young pups in a shelter environment need rescue out ASAP before they catch anything. Mercury and his brother Zeus look like standard poodle pups and actually their personality and gait is more like a poodle. Mercury is the smaller pup and will probably grow to be a medium to large dog. Currently he is 4 months old and growing into a beautiful boy now that he is on the proper diet and has been wormed. He is very sweet but can be cautious of new things. He is good with other dogs and has shown no aggression towards cats. Mercury has been fully vetted. He is neutered, microchipped, shots including rabies are up to date, started on heartworm prevention, wormed, etc. His adoption fee is $475 and that includes the $150 transport fee that was already paid to bring him to CT. We will tend to give preference to someone with a secure fenced in yard and we prefer not adopting him into a home with very young children. We always reserve the right to place each dog in the home we feel will be the best match for that particular dog.
