My Story

Mercedes has gone to her forever home with Sarah Hughes & Jason Scofield of Somers CT! Mercedes is an easy-going girl who loves playing in the pond. She and her sisters, Ebony and Piper, were found in a ditch and are now safe and nurtured by their foster family in TN. Mercedes loves squeaky toys, socks and to run with the other puppies. She is having fun with other dogs, cats and children while she waits for her forever home. She is 18 lbs and 11 weeks old (as of 4/8). Mercedes would be most suited for a home with children over 5 and adopters with the energy to train a puppy! Mercedes will be ready to travel to New England the week of April 22, when she has been spayed and up to date with shots. Her adoption fee is $450.

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.

Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.
