Yup-----Memphis came up from Memphis, TN. This is a very high kill shelter and puppies are no exception. He is a sweetheart of a boy and wants to be where the action is. He is about 4-5 months old and currently weighs about 20 lbs. He will probably be a small to medium size adult. He grunts in delight when you pick him up and conforms to your arms when held like a baby. He has the potential of being a wonderful family dog. Memphis is crate trained and has been very clean in his crate. This is half the battle to housetraining. He gets along well with other animals and is just an all around great pup. Memphis has already been neutered, shots are up-to-date, wormed, frontlined and microchipped. He is on once a moth Heartgard to prevent heartworm infection.
His adoption fee is $400 which helps to cover his vet expenses and the $125 to$150 transport fee that got him to CT. If you are interested in adopting Memphis, please request a pre-adoption questionnaire. The most suitable home in our opinion will be chosen for Memphis and not necessarily the first inquiry. CT adoption only at this time.
