Hi, my name is Melody! I’m a pint sized Pittie who is looking for her forever home. I’m about five years old and was originally found as a stray in Texas! The rescue that helped me didn’t want to see a mom get left behind at a high risk shelter. I’m up-to-date with all vaccines, spayed, crate and house trained!
I love nothing more than snuggling with my person. I’m an extremely affectionate dog who must always be touching the closest human nearby.
I had a gastroplexy procedure so my foster mom currently gives me my meals in a metal slow feeder three times a day! It’s really easy, I just eat wet and dry food mixed together so I can pace myself through my meals. She freezes it sometimes with tasty broth to make it into a popsicle.
I am friendly with most dogs, but require a slower introduction! I’m also friendly with kids!
