Hi- I am Maxine- a cur that had a round of very rough luck. I was dumped and the man that found me was not very nice. I am recovering from a gunshot to the hip; and I was slammed down on the pavement when I was dumped on the shelter doorstep. I would like to find a forever home where I can be the girl that everyone loves. Everyone at the shelter and the vets have been super, and the gals here love me, but gee a girl without a home- well, I just can't tell you how sad I am. Please come in and see me soon, and take me home with you, but you have to promise that you will never ever be mean to me. I want to be loved.
