MAXIMUS is a handsome boy rescued from a puppymill, he was huddling in the back of a cage, the last of his litter. He was being kept back for a breeder, but, luckily the breeder found another victim. So we were able to buy his freedom!! What a hansome baby boy, nice head. Now that he is on good food, he is filling out, nice bone structure. He is now wagging his tail when we approach him. Danes are very, very devoted. Very well behaved, train easily, awesome companions!! Not for everyone!! But for those who want this breed for an appropriate reasons, NOT because he is 'cool!' This wonderful breed has suffered greatly at the hands of young people wanting a 'status symbol', 'a big, cool dog'. ANYONE who has had the joy of sharing their life with this awesome breed will understand the loving, big baby devotion, they offer!! If you have a loving indoor home, that is APPROPRIATE for this big boy FILL OUT AN APPLICATION!!
