Meet Max II. He is the third because he is the third giant schnauzer named Max we have had come into our rescue. Max has just arrived and he seems like a wonderful dog. He just turned four years old. He has had excellent care but lived with a person whose job left him with little or no time for this beautiful animal. Max is a typical male giant who can open lever doors, loves to swim, and play. He loves it when you play fetch with him, has had obedience boot camp but needs you to take him for a refresher course and to go with him. He is protective of his home and the obedience will help him with that. He is a big boy who needs some exercise. He is very social and loves people. He was most curious about all the people and dogs around him. He wanted to play with everyone and dog he met. We don't know about cats as he has never been around them. He has been around children but they didn't live with him.
Max will be health checked and will be up to date on all his shots when you adopt him.
