Hello, I'm Max! I'm a well trained, really smart boy. I know sit, stay, down, wait and come, how to play fetch (and drop it!), and how to give paw amongst other things. I love balls, sticks, chewies and all kinds of food. I am a bit weary of inanimate objects, but my foster mom is teaching me that they won't hurt me! I am a proper good boy beggar and take all treats very politely. I am kennel trained and sleep soundly in my crate. I love having foster siblings to play with even though I'm a bit bigger than them and forget that in the fun of the moment. I'm a cuddle bug and love my foster mom, being on the couch or wrapped up in a blankie, but am still a bit weary of my foster dad as well as all these random people that come to visit. I'm still trying to figure out why the cat doesn't want to play with me. I am looking for my forever family who understands my predicament and the anxiety that came with being lost for a long time. I can be won over with treats, kindness and time.
