Max

Cute little guy that was owner turn-in. I think they said he is a year old and "knocked-up" their other terrier... Poor Max was COVERED in fleas. Even after two baths, the water was still bloody. Thank goodness the owners gave him up! Max was neutered 8/26. He is a little scared when you reach down to pick him up, but fine once you hold him. Max was just fine for his baths.

Dogs in the Rowan County K-9 Shelter receive their first dhppl vaccination (parvo/distemper) upon arrival at the pound. Rabies vaccine and spay/neuter surgery can be done for the $50 adoption fee. Please note rabies vaccine and surgeries are NOT done on site and dogs must be adopted before they receive rabies vaccine or surgery.
