My Story

This is Max, an adorable 8 month old doberpup who is looking for his new forever home where he will be able to live a happy, healthy life. Max was picked up from the shelter, so his past is unknown, but judging from his body movements, it is suspected that he may have been abused. Max is VERY loving and doesn't have a mean bone in his body, but it will take a little time and a lot of love for him to realize that he can fully trust people. He gets along great with other dogs and loves to play and romp around with them. It is actually recommended that he NOT be the only dog because he enjoys the company of other dogs so much. He is also okay around cats and children. Max is housetrained, but since he is still a puppy, he will need more frequent potty trips outside than your average adult dog. The most important thing for Max is lots of love and TLC. He is somewhat afraid of walking on a leash and needs a lot of loving encouragement, but he should do really well with some consistent practice. Max is a very good puppy and is most comfortable curled up on or next to his person's bed. Please consider Max, as he would make a wonderful addition to any family that is willing to understand that it will take a little time for him to get over whatever may have happened to him in the past. His ideal new family would consist of someone who doesn't work outside the home or maybe just works part time and is willing to give him the extra love and attention he needs and deserves. Please contact Brenda at 702-256-0321 for more info or to meet Max. Please fill out an adoption application at www.lasvegasdobermanrescue.com and than CALL Gabbi at 702-565-1793. OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS ARE POSSIBLE BUT A HOME VISIT/CHECK IS STILL REQUIRED AND TRANSPORTATION IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ADOPTER. IN THE EVENT THE ADOPTION DOES NOT WORK OUT MAX MUST BE RETURNED TO US AT YOUR EXPENSE. AN ADOPTION DONATION IS REQUESTED TO HELP PAY EXPENSES RELATED TO RESCUEING MAX.
