Meet Max! He came into TCHS after having some trouble with house training. Max is used to using a bell on a door to let you know he needs to go out but still has accidents indoors. Keeping in on a consistent schedule will help set him up for success! He is kennel trained but does not enjoy being kenneled and is used to it only for short periods of time. Max knows how to "sit", "stay" and "come". He has lived with children from infants to teens and does well. Max has not lived with cats. He has been around other dogs and seems to enjoy their company no matter what size. All introductions should be slow and proper when bringing home a new pet to help set them up for success! Ask staff for tips. His previous owners described him as outgoing, friendly and happy with moderate energy levels. Max enjoys playing tug and chases after balls! Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, de-worming, any medical procedures and general care.
