Maverick

Maverick (Mavi for short) is a 10 week old - 13 lb bundle of blue eyed love that loves to cuddle and give kisses. He plays well with other dogs and loves everyone he meets. His favorite past time is eating and he knows to "Kennel" at meal time. He knows "No" " No Bite" and "sit" for treats and meal time. He is also learning the terms "outside" and "inside" potty training. He sleeps through the night without accidents in his own bed in his foster parent's bedroom. He is crate trained although he is not a fan of the crate and is working very hard on potty training. He lets you know when he wants to go outside. He loves being in the grass and gets the zoomies. He doesn't bother the deer in the yard and he is ok around chickens. He is a little skittish around new things but adapts quickly. He will stay at your feet while cooking or working and loves to be with his people. He is a "people's" dog. He can entertain himself with lots of toys and is learning how to fetch and play ball with his 4 legged foster brothers. Fenced yard required. Visit ruffredemption.org to complete an application. All Ruff Redemption Dogs are spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive a minimum of two distemper/parvo vaccines, medication for the treatment and prevention of intestinal worms, and monthly heart worm/flea prevention while in our care. Rabies vaccines are given if the dog is 16 weeks of age or older.
