Matilda

I'm Matilda, a female Boston Terrier/Boxer mix born approximately 6/06. I was found on the side of the road by a kind passerby. She stopped her car, picked me up from off the road, and took me with her. And as luck would have it, she worked at a vets office so I am now spayed and up to date on shots. She wasn't surprised when I tested positive for heartworms, but said that they would pay to have me treated if someone would like to adopt me soon and put me through the treatment. I get along great with cats and dogs. I'm so appreciative that I now have a place to lay my head at night without worrying if I'll get run over by a car and where my next meal would come from. After all that has been done for me so far, I feel selfish in asking if there is anyone out there who would like for me to join their family, but things are going so well for me lately, I figured it doesn't hurt to ask. The people at the vet's office I call home for now are trying to make me comfortable, but it gets really crowded here at times and I have no one to call my own.
