Marvin

Update: Marvin is back from our Prison Program as of July 30th and is ready to go! While up at the prison, he has received crate training, is housebroken, and is still learning basic commands. While Marvin is a very happy-go-lucky and affectionate personality, his attention span is a little scattered. He is still trying to learn commands and walking on a leash, but we know with some extra help he'll be the best version of himself that he can be. Marvin gets along with other dogs (a little rough playing but nothing serious), but is more concerned about them than listening to any commands you want to give him. Given this information, he may be better suited as the only dog until some training is done. Marvin can also use a bit more training with leash walking as he does pull a little and likes to do his own thing. Other than that, he is an absolute love bug and wants to be with you. If Marvin seems like the pup you've been looking for, he's ready for meet and greets now! Marvin is a classic black and tan with interesting angular features and bounding with joy and puppy energy. He will be a candidate for a training as he is still in a settling in process. He loves to eat that is obvious and it remains to be seen at what point he feels satiated. He was flown from Louisiana and is at least now enjoying his water, kibbles, a pool, and a bed.
