My Story

Introducting Marshall! Marshall is as sweet as they come! He has not had the best life as when he was brought to us, we were told he had spent his whole 12 years tied to a chain in the yard. Sleeping in a hay-filled dilapidated dog house and never received veterinary care! Marshall came to us with a large abscess that took up half of his face, and there is no telling how long he had been living with that! He is now done with his treatment and ready to take on the world. Upon intake he was a tad timid of staff but has quickly warmed up and loves getting petted. We have learned that he is not potty trained due to his previous life, but we believe he would make the perfect ranch dog and be loved for the rest of his lives. He may be a senior dog, but watching him frolic through grassy fields, you see his young self coming out. Rescue them any day at the Lemhi County Humane Society!
