All Planned Pethood dogs and puppies are altered (spayed/neutered) and fully vetted prior to adoption. Dog breed is a best guess by the vet and/or Petfinder breed expert findings. We cannot guarantee breed, weight, age of dogs or final adult size of puppies.

When I first met Marley (a/k/a Mark because he is ReMARKable), I did not know anything about herding breeds. At first my question was, do people really adopt these dogs on purpose? Mark made me understand the fierce loyalty of Australian Cattle Dog fans. They are smart, smart, smart!! He is also high energy w/unbounded enthusiasm, extremely affectionate, loyal and eager to please. He was siezed as a cruelty case w/15 other dogs. He loves people, including kids of all ages, other dogs, and even my 5 cats (who are not so crazy about him). The size of his playmate doesn't matter, he rocks with my sister's lab/mastiff, including swimming together. He loves to run errands and ride in the car. We walk everyday w/his 3 senior dog companions. He goes about 30 lbs and is approximately 1 year old. He will become the companion of a lifetime. Please adopt him now, or for sure, he will become a permanent member of MY pack!
