Meet Marco!
Intrigued by this dogs look and the pictures do not do him justice or even show the interesting fur/fuzz he has going on around his neck. Hes been a quiet boy since arrival. Kept to himself for as long as I could remember, not really interested in treats as much watching you come and go like if though silently waiting for someone to pay attention to him. We did one day. On a volunteer Sunday, we took this boy out and he immediately won us over! A side of him we had not seen. He was happy. He was excited and totally soaked in the affection he received. And from that day forward, he began to sit further up towards the door and await your invitation. Still prefers our interaction and attention over any treat we offer him in the kennel!
Marco was confiscated with two other dogs. One dog (Matt is still with us) and the other dog , female, sadly passed away from medical complications. These dogs lived their lives on a chain and have known no ther life than a chain.
