Despite being adopted as a young puppy, she was recently returned due to her size and strength being overwhelming for her previous owner. Now seeking a home with German Shepherd experience, Maple, at just over 70 pounds, embodies the typical traits of the breed—strong and energetic. She's a sweetheart, displaying a playful puppy personality. Although a bit nibble-y with fingers, she means no harm. Future adopters should provide continued training for her manners. She does well indoors and in a crate, and her previous family noted her leash-walking skills. Multiple daily walks or a spacious fenced yard would suit her energetic nature. While she's reported to get along with other dogs, a meet and greet with potential canine siblings is necessary.
