Congratulations to Melinda and Gus on bringing Maple home! Way to go Maple!

Maple is just like her name...SWEET!

Maple is the most adorable pup. She appears to be a hound/lab mix, but we're not totally convinced just yet. Maybe a little weim thrown in? Does it matter? Absolutely not. She's just plain cute and ready to find a family of her own.

Maple is about 6 months old and has spent nearly half of that in a kennel. She was on the very short list to be euthanized when a wonderful foster home offered to take her in. THANK YOU! Maple made the long trip from Kansas to South Dakota and her foster home is just across the border in Wyoming, but don't let that bother you. We can help Maple find her new family anywhere.

Maple is just learning the ropes, but she's got a great disposition and she's very smart. She is at the perfect age to teach and learn. She loves the water and will get a drink and then stick her feet in the bowl. Maple is one of the endlessly happy dogs, always happy-go-lucky and bouncy, yet she's able to control her enthusiasm if you ask her.
