Mandy is a lovely dog who is so playful! She is a sweet girl who is about 18 months of age. Mandy is very friendly too. She was never claimed by her owner and wants a good home! How do you like her cute selfie??? Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done.
