Mako was surrendered at 7 yrs old when his family basically lost interest in him. Upon arrival it was clear that they hadn't had interest in him in a long time. His body was full of pressure sores from being over crated, his feet were flat and irritated with yeast, his nail severely overgrown and his body boney.
We are working on fixing his body but his mind is what suffers. He is on several anxiety medications because he cannot handle being kenneled. Outside of his kennel you will find a dog that doesn't want to leave your side and is desperate to make up for the years he lacked attention.
Mako needs to be an only pet in an adult home because he can be stingy with his toys. He is extemely food motivated and will be easy to train once in a stress free environment.
