Meet Mak - Your Goofy and Handsome Companion! Introducing Mak, a handsome and playful boy born on December 15th, 2022, who's on the hunt for his forever home! Despite facing some health challenges in the past, Mak has bounced back with a wagging tail and a heart full of love. Mak found himself at the shelter when his previous owner could no longer care for him. But now, he's ready for a fresh start with a family who will cherish him forever. Mak recently underwent surgery to remove something from his intestines and had some eye issues corrected. Thanks to the amazing care he received, he's feeling better than ever and is ready to embrace a life of adventure and love. Mak will always be a boy who needs to be watched with stuffies around as he can sometimes think they are a snack, he will need a home who would be willing to use crate training with him. Mak already does well in a crate and knows sit and other commands as he is such a smart boy! Mak does well with children above the age of 10 and enjoys the company of humans. Mak also loves to pounce around with a canine companion! He would do best with another playful pup! This goofy guy loves walks, playing with balls, and soaking up all the love and affection he can get. He is always up for some outdoor fun and lives to romp in a yard. Mak is approximately 75 lbs, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has been tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases. Since arriving at the shelter in September, he's come out of his shell significantly and is ready to find his forever family.
