This is Mac. As you can see, he has spent the last 10 years on a chain. He has also been severly neglected. Mac has heartworm and an underactive thyroid. He is still in a KILL pound in Ohio. Mac needs a special rescue or person to spend the rest of his life with. He gets along great with his 'cellmate' - a rottie girl. He also enjoys car rides.
