No Lylia is not a shih tzu or toy breed.... BUT, we had to help this little spitz/chow mix gal. Lylia was hit by a car and lay on the side of a busy road in pain, dehydrated and hungry for two (2) days as cars passed her by, NOT helping! Our local shelter could not afford to treat her injury, nor did they have room for her. We couldn't let this baby be 'put down' - killed for that reason. So we helped!!
Lylia has a broken leg... otherwise she is a healthy 5 month old spitz/chow puppy. Miss Lylia had surgery and will have a complete recovery. The cost of her surgery is $431.00, not something we were prepared for... so we need YOUR help!
