My Story

Meet Luna Uh, hey there, I am a little shy so I am picturing you all nakey. It’s a human tip, if you are doing a speech, picture the audience nakey and you will feel better. Okay, now please put your clothes back on, I am warmed up to you. My entire litter looks to be Heeler mixed with Shepherd, but I am going a bit “indognito” as a Labrador Retriever. I was born in January of 2023 and Foster Mom thinks I will be closer to Heeler size, 35 pounds, rather than large as a Labrador can be. My best thing to do with humans is cuddles and curl up on the couch. But I am not a potato of couches all the time, I do also enjoy being outdoors and doing walks. Foster Mom says since I am the shyest, I would benefit on some one on one attention and a stable dog sis or bro to help teach me confidence. I love humans and dogs. I am even very gentle with children. I am very eager to see the world and learn new things, just more in baby steps than large leaps like my brothers. If you adopt me, I will love you to the moon….or to the Luna and back, in my case. Basics: Luna – female (wll be spayed prior to adoption), Lab/Heeler mix, DOB 1/11/23, will likely be 35 lbs, black, good with dogs, curious about cats (needs work), great with kids (very gentle), potty trained, working on crate training. Very gentle, loves cuddles, a little shyer than her siblings but still eager to see the world and learn more
