He hasn't reacted when he has seen cats in the neighborhood nor when we were next to the kittens in the Shelter lobby. I do not know how he is with kids over a long period of time, but he was fine with kids near him in the Shelter lobby. He is fine with other dogs. He has a calm demeanor.
