Lucy SPECIAL HOME

Lucy was just rescued from a Puppy Mill on 6/6 with her partner (and breeding partner), Zeus. They are such beautiful, gentle animals and are so desperately in need of good homes where they can safely run and enjoy life. Lucy was spayed 6/12 and had a negative heartworm test. She is up to date with her shots and microchipped. Note: All Spencer Pet Rescues are to live INSIDE the family home. UPDATE: Lucy was adopted out to a wonderful family but unfortunately it just didn't work out. Lucy needs a special home where she will not need to be put in a crate (Puppy Mill dogs cannot be crated - they get very upset). Lucy needs lots of love and attention to build up her confidence and make her feel secure. We have had problems getting her to eat enough for her large frame. But we feel with stability and a safe and secure environment she will blossom. We also feel that she would do well around other good natured dogs and that they will be able to TEACH HER HOW TO BE A DOG & ENJOY LIFE. This beautiful girl has such a wonderful sweet nature and is incredibly calm and obedient and will be by your side and a constant shadow and companion. We are hoping and praying the right person will come along to save Lucy.
